Since 2012 we have engaged Denvalco on our Capital Quarter Development undertaking five separate buildings including windows , doors, curtain walling and cladding with a combined value of approximately £l2,000,000 and therefore needless to say we have been extremely satisfied with the level of service, professionalism and delivery received while working with Denvalco.

They have been extremely pro active in the pre design stage engaging with our architects and local planning authority to enable us to achieve our desired proposals.

We are currently on site with our latest project The John Street Development and have engaged Denvalco in detailed design workshops, construction of sample curtain walling bay and cost planning. This latest project has an estimated envelope package of circa £4 million.

We would not hesitate to recommend the Denvalco team having worked so closely with them over the last eight years and look forward once again to our working relationship going forward on our latest project.

Just a note to say that the glazing unit replacements to the rear elevation of the building have been completed to the time schedule agreed with the client. The works proceeded like clockwork with minimum disruption.
