This project consists of 79,500 sq.ft of Grade A office space strategically situated in Cardiff’s Central Business District.
The build incorporates the Financial and Professional Services Enterprise Zone speculatively developed and sold to the Welsh Ministers in 2014.
The following systems was used on this project:
Senior Architectural Systems SMR900 Curtain Wall
This system is for high rise and high exposure projects with enhanced thermal performance. It utilises a stick, zone drained and pressure equalized system and offers a slim 500, sight line with a standard choice of 6 mullion and 6 transom depths. This allows for a hollow box construction. The mullions are designed to run through for optimum strength and the transoms are easily front loaded on site using a jointing method.
SPW600 Windows and Doors
This system comprises of Casements, Tilt and Turns and Top Swing Reversible windows. This system is thermally broken 75mm using larger polyamide strips giving vast thermal insulation.
SD-SFG Doors/Shopline
A high thermal performance commercial door, which comes in single, double, emergency with low thresholds. It comes in single and double with hinged open in and out, pivot, sliding and sliding folding in and out.
Renson 414 Louvre
These louvres are made from aluminium sections and anodised in satin/bronze colour, powder coating or syntha pulvin colour. The louvres can either come with a stainless steel 304 insect screen or mesh, with an optional water channel if needed on the project.

Renson Icarus solar shading
Icarus blades are extruded aluminium profiles for use as sun protection, wall cladding or visual barriers. There are different types of Icarus solar shading.
Icarus Aero: These are aerofoil blades in widths ranging from 100 to 480 mm
ICA 100 : 125 : 150 : 200 : 250 : 300 : 360 : 400 : 480
Icarus Plaero: This is a combination of a block blade and an aerofoil blade in widths of 150, 200 and 300 mm
ICL 150 : 200 : 300
Icarus Plano: These are block blades in widths of 60, 150 and 200 mm

These systems come in horizontal and vertical installation.
