This project involved the complete regeneration of the Worington Green estate in Kensington.
Over 1000 quality affordable homes of mixed sizes were built with the addition of 20 new retail units for Portobello Road, in a series of 5 phases.
Denvalco worked with Ardmore on the first phase of the project. This phase included the design and build of 324 new mixed tenure homes – 141 for private sale, 174 affordable and 9 for shared ownership.
