This project involves the creation of a 3 block development which will provide 900 bed spaces over 26,000m2 area in a mix of studios including four, six and eight bed clusters.
As this is the UK's largest Passivhaus developmment, it will provide high levels of comfort whilst using very little energy for heating or cooling.
