Jemma Morris

Jemma Morris has been at Denvalco for over twenty years, joining as Finance Director in 2003 and stepping up to Managing Director in May 2023 after two decades learning the family business from the inside out.

In her two decades as Finance Director, Jemma was responsible for the company’s financial health across a £12m turnover. That grounding has shaped her approach as Managing Director, where she now sets the strategic direction, drives company growth, and oversees day-to-day operations across the business.

Alongside her role at Denvalco, Jemma is a director at Capital Sheet Metal and Brunel Plant Services, giving her a broad view across the group and the wider construction supply chain.
