Kate Rees

Having been part of the business for over 10 years within the HR department, Kate has developed a strong understanding of the company, our people and the communities we work within. The skills, knowledge, and experience gained throughout Kate’s career have provided her with the foundation to progress into the role of Social Value Manager in 2023.

Since stepping into this position, Kate has focused on creating meaningful opportunities that deliver a positive impact both within the business and across the wider community. This includes building relationships with schools and local organisations, supporting charitable initiatives, promoting employment and training opportunities and helping to ensure our projects leave a lasting social and environmental legacy.
