Laura Maidment is the HR and Quality Assurance Manager at Denvalco Ltd, bringing over 15 years of experience within the business and the wider construction and manufacturing industry.
Laura studied Law at university before progressing onto the Legal Practice Course (LPC), specialising in Employment Law electives. She later transitioned into HR and operational management, combining her legal background with a strong focus on people management, compliance, quality systems, and continual improvement.
Alongside her professional experience, Laura has achieved a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Operational & Quality Improvement and a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management & Leadership. She has completed her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and is currently undertaking her CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Within her role at Denvalco, Laura oversees HR and Quality Assurance management, supporting the company’s people, compliance, training, and integrated management systems. She has also completed Supervising First Aid for Mental Health training through the V3 Group, reflecting her commitment to employee wellbeing and workplace support.
